1. Agreement Overview

Welcome to Qurani Online Institute. By registering for a free trial class or enrolling in our live 1-on-1 educational courses, you agree to comply with the academic terms, scheduling guidelines, and conduct expectations outlined in this agreement.

2. Free Trial Class Terms

Our institute offers a 100% free first trial class to allow new students and parents to evaluate our certified instructors and teaching environment:

  • No credit card, deposit, or payment information is required to book a trial class.
  • Each student or family is eligible for one free diagnostic trial evaluation per subject track.
  • The trial class carries zero obligation to enroll in paid plans.

3. Flexible Rescheduling Policy

We understand that family life, school activities, and work commitments can change unexpectedly:

  • Advance Notice: Students may reschedule a lesson by notifying their tutor or admin via WhatsApp at least 2 to 4 hours prior to the session start time.
  • Make-Up Classes: Missed sessions with valid advance notice will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient makeup slot within the same billing month.
  • Unannounced No-Shows: Lessons missed without any advance notice will be counted as conducted.

4. Month-to-Month Billing & Zero Contract

We operate on a transparent month-to-month subscription basis. There are no long-term annual contracts or hidden cancellation fees. Students may pause or cancel their monthly plan at any time prior to their next billing cycle by contacting student support.

5. Teacher Substitution & Availability

In the rare event that your assigned instructor is unavailable due to illness or emergency, Qurani Online Institute will arrange an equally qualified, certified replacement tutor or offer a makeup class slot to ensure uninterrupted learning.

6. Student Conduct & Respect

Students and parents are expected to maintain Islamic decorum, respectful communication, and proper attire during live 1-on-1 video sessions. Our institute reserves the right to terminate services in cases of disrespectful or abusive behavior.
